Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana has signed a brand new long-term contract, the Premier League club have confirmed.
The England midfielder has agreed a brand new ￡110,000-a-week three-year deal – powerful from this summer – with the option of a further 12 months.
The new deal is reward for some impressive performances from Lallana in arguably his very best season due to the fact moving to Anfield in 2014.
Lallana follows Philippe Coutinho, who in January signed a brand new contract to grow to be the club’s highest-paid player, in committing his long-term future for the club.
“I’m very proud and really feel fairly humbled by the show of faith in the club as well as the manager in specific,” Lallana told Liverpool’s official web-site.
“Signing for any club like Liverpool is obviously a large issue – but to re-sign shows you have clearly contributed adequate that the persons who make the choices want you to keep longer.
